Good foods, bad foods, blah, blah, blah.
Q: When I came here, the big question I had with all of this is, all of the different kinds of food that society is saying, “Well, these foods are bad for you, these foods make you have diabetes or cancer, and these are the good foods, these are the bad foods.” And they know that, like over the last 15, 20 years… A: We have to interrupt you here. We want to say to you, blah, blah, blah, blah. In other words, we want to say to you, none of that matters, none of that matters, none of that matters. None of that matters. None of that matters. None of that matters. Not any of that matters. None of that matters. Q: If it doesn’t matter, then why can you go back to the last century, they had the Hunzas, the tribe of 10,000 people, the white sugar and the flour came in, and then they got all these diseases. A: It’s so easy to justify your resistance. Q: But that’s before they even knew that that stuff was bad nutritionally. That’s before there were…there weren’t any vibrations about that kind of food. How did that happen to them? It’s a hurdle I have as far as getting over that. The kind of food that you eat doesn’t matter. A: Well, if it is satisfying to you to hold to those limiting thoughts, we encourage you to do so. When we hear you here, and we understand it, we have to say to you, you’ve missed our point. Q: No I haven’t. A: Then why are you talking about food again? You are so accustomed to arguing for your limitation with that information, you’ve just decided that you’re going to do it anyway. You can do it as long as you want to, but we would ask another question. “Is this helping me?” Meaning, “Does it make me feel good to focus upon it?” We don’t think so.”Does it get me closer to what I’m wanting in terms of my manifestation?” No. Then it’s not good information. And not only is it not useful, helpful information for you, it’s not even true. It’s just what somebody told you in order to motivate you towards something that they had decided was a better plan for you, because if it was a better plan for you, it would enhance them in some way. Here’s what we know about physical bodies. Physical bodies have been thriving under a variety… Look, even now, on your planet. Do you know what a diverse diet is taking place even on your planet today? And there are people thriving in every culture. And there are people not thriving in every culture. And it is not about what they’re eating—it is about how they’re feeling. And if you would take those facts that you were offering to us, that have been offered to you with such certainty that you believed them, and you would research those people in terms of other things that were happening in their cultures and in their lives around the same thing, you would find powerful reasons of resistance that were present at the same time. Because everything is vibrational. “I’m lettin’ it in or I’m not. And I’m using lots of things as my excuse to let it in, or as my excuse not to let it in.” But it’s all vibrational. Otherwise, we should be able to take 100 people, give them all identical exposure to experience, and get identical results. And you can’t do that. You’d get 100 different results, and you’d get several big differences in results—because it isn’t about the food. It isn’t about the scientific study. It is about their mood, or attitude, coming into it. You could take 100 people, who have never had any difficulty with their physical maintenance of weight. And 100 people who have always had extreme difficulty in the maintenance of their weight. Give them all the identical diet, and you would get all kinds of different results that would all be about the way they feel about food. There are those who have held themselves in a physical condition by their sheer will power, and even though they are maintaining their body weight, it’s showing up in other ways of stress. We’re not saying to you that you cannot take your physical action and drag some heavy boulder from one place to another, and announce, “See, I moved it from here to over there.” We are not saying that it is not possible to move things to some degree, using your will power, using your brute force of action. We’re just saying to you, it’s, by far, the hard way of going about it. You’ll hear much more as we are moving forward. Yes indeed. Biết ơn với những gì ta đang có.
http://bodyweight-exercises.animal-kingdom...outs.com/?p=660 As it was recently Thanksgiving in the United States I’ve been reading various posts on the internet from people expressing what they’re thankful for. Friends, family and food all make the list, among many other things. To this list I think one thing needs to be added. How about giving thanks for your body? Here’s what I mean. Most people, when they think of their bodies, focus on what they don’t like. I’m too tall, too short, I don’t weigh enough, I weigh too much. I wish I had more muscle. I wish my nose was different. The list of self criticism is literally endless. Instead of focusing on what you perceive the negatives to be, have you thought about looking at the positives? Do you have eyes that work? A lot of people don’t, you know. How about your ears? Do you know how many people can’t hear birds sing or enjoy a Beethoven symphony? Do you have legs that can take you place to place? How about the joy of having arms that can give people hugs? See what I mean? Beyond the obvious that you have a great deal to be thankful for when you have a body that works, I believe that being thankful for what you already have is vitally important if you want to reach your health and fitness goals. Here’s what I mean. Imagine you’re walking down the street and you run into an old friend. However, rather than greeting you warmly, this friend begins to berate you, criticizing you for everything under the sun. They criticize what you’re wearing, what you do for a living, how you talk, your general personal hygiene. They go on and on, ripping you up one side and then down the other. You’re flabbergasted. At this point you just want to get away. However, before you are able to make your escape from this thoroughly unpleasant person, they turn to you and say: “Oh, and by the way, I’m moving on Sunday. Would you be able to come by on the weekend and help me pack?” What would your reaction be? Now consider this. When you criticize your body for all of its perceived flaws, are you doing anything different? You throw out all of this negative energy directed at yourself and a perfectly fine body. But then you turn around and ask a favor of it. I wish my stomach were flatter. I wish my arms were more defined. I want to weigh less, etc, etc. Can you understand how your body may not be ideally primed to work with you towards your goals? None of us are perfect. Perfection, even taking into account that it is in the eye of the beholder, is not possible. However, there is nothing wrong with wanting to be better than we presently are, and regular exercise can definitely help with that. However, I think you’ll find that you’ll make much more rapid progress if you begin from a place of gratitude for what you already have, as opposed to negatively criticizing what you perceive as flaws. Although you can always improve, never forget that you’re already great. Appreciate what you already have and your gains will come that much faster. Just something to consider ![]() -------------------- There is no such thing as a true belief - Không có cái gọi là niềm tin đúng thực.
